Only 10 Units: The Final Bugatti Centodieci Has Been Completed

France lost in the World Cup final through a penalty shootout against Argentina last night, but the country has many other achievements to be proud of.

Bugatti, one of the most exclusive and exotic car manufacturers in the world, is based in Molsheim, Alsace, France, and has built masterpieces such as the Centodieci.

Created as a modern tribute to the EB110, this model is now out of production as the final unit has been assembled and delivered to its new owner.

Marking the end of “an important chapter in Bugatti’s modern coachbuilding era,” the last Centodieci features a Quartz White exterior with black carbon accents on the lower body and a matte black grille.

The visual link between the modern supercar and its predecessor is emphasized with light blue brake calipers and the Bugatti logo on the rear wing.

This exposed color scheme continues inside, where the seats, roof liner, door panels, center console, and floor mats are all upholstered in the same hue.

“The Centodieci brings together all of Bugatti’s brand components into one extraordinary package: rarity, innovation, heritage, craftsmanship, and unmatched performance,” said Christophe Piochon, President of Bugatti Automobiles.

“The entire limited production run of 10 units was highly sought after by our customers, selling out even before the Centodieci was officially launched,” Piochon added.

The Centodieci is indeed remarkable. Its vintage-looking exterior is complemented by Bugatti’s now-iconic quad-turbo W16 8.0-liter engine, which produces 1,600 horsepower in this application.

This enables the supercar to reach 62 miles per hour (100 kilometers per hour) from a standstill in just 2.4 seconds, while its top speed is 236 mph (380 km/h).

Now that all 10 Centodieci units are completed, Bugatti will focus on assembling the remaining 100 Chiron models.

The Bugatti Atelier in Molsheim will also work on 99 units of the Mistral, followed by the remaining 40 units of the Bolide. All of these models are sold out.
